Introduction
OpsBuilt (“OpsBuilt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides shop management software for the graphic, apparel, and print industries via a cloud-based SaaS application (the “Service”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal and business information we collect through the Service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
A. Account & Tenant Data
Name
Business name
Email address
Phone number
Billing details
Authentication data
B. Business Operational Data
Users may input business data including:
Customer names and contact info
Quotes, invoices, sales orders
Job statuses and production records
Artwork files and uploads
Inventory and material data
Pricing and margin settings
Staff assignments and permissions
Notes and attachments
C. Payment Data
Subscription billing is processed via Stripe.
Customer-facing payments may be processed through Square.
OpsBuilt does not store full payment card data.
D. API/Integration Data
Users may connect third-party APIs including:
S&S Activewear API
SanMar API
Supplier and shipping APIs
Email provider (Portmark)
Payment providers (Stripe/Square)
We store tokens necessary to enable these integrations.
E. Automatically Collected Data
We may collect:
Device and browser type
IP address
Session logs
Crash logs
Usage metrics
Feature usage
Access timestamps

2. How We Use Information

We do not use customer operational data for marketing without consent.
3. Data Ownership
Users retain full ownership of:

Uploaded files
Customer data
API-linked data
Pricing data
Job and production data
OpsBuilt licenses the software, but does not claim ownership of business content entered by users.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained while the account is active.
Upon cancellation, user data remains available for 90 days for export.
After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.
Users may request earlier deletion via email.

5. Data Export
Users may export:
Quotes
Invoices
Sales orders
Attachments
Other business records (formats may vary)
We are building additional export mechanisms to improve portability.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share data with:
Stripe (subscription billing)
Square (customer payment processing)
Supabase (database, auth, file storage)
Portmark (email delivery)
Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
We do not sell or rent user data.
7. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard practices including:
Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
Secure credential storage
Access permissions and role controls
Token-based external API access
No system can guarantee 100% security.
8. International Users
OpsBuilt is based in the United States. Users outside the U.S. understand that data may be processed and stored in the U.S.
9. Children
OpsBuilt is not intended for individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect such data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
